Elisa is a musician, singer, clog dancer and caller. She is a BA Geography graduate and is currently studying a masters in Arts Management at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Marlene was head of Accounting and Finance at the Glamorgan Business School at the University of Glamorgan, and is a singer.

Jim Blythe
Trustee
Jim is an author and lecturer in marketing at the University of Glamorgan with a longstanding interest in music.

Dr Keith Floyd
Trustee
Dr Keith Floyd is a farmer and retired lecturer. A fiddler and dancer, he’s a stalwart of the Ceredigion traditional music and dance scene.

Francis Brown

Francis is a music promoter and blogger who runs Newsoundwales working primarily with Welsh acts such as Brigyn and Al Lewis. His professional background is in personnel, management and training.

Terry Duffy

Terry plays mandolin, fiddle and banjo, sings, dances with Dawnswyr Delyn, and performs solo and in various groups. He’s a Clera organiser, with a professional background in international health & safety

Catherine has a degree in Accounting and Finance. She has considerable experience of voluntary work with young people and skills development.
